Congratulations! You are embarking on an amazing journey, whether this is your 1st or your 6th it is a very special time so why not make the most of it, ensuring your body and mind is ready for the birth of your little one. Classes are gentle and do not require yoga experience


  • Gentle strengthening to support through pregnancy and birth

  • Increases energy and stamina

  • Relives fatigue, nausea and back pain

  • Enhances blood supply, reduces fluid retention

  • Improves posture, balance and pelvic floor function

  • Learn breathing and relaxation techniques for use during birth

Cheeky Squeaks' instructor is a Certified Pregnancy Yoga Instructor trained with The Elbow Room and recognised by Yoga Alliance

Our Pregnancy Yoga Classes

Our Pregnancy Yoga classes offer a warm and friendly environment where you can relax and enjoy time for yourself and your little bundle. Classes are designed to be rejuvenating and relaxing whilst helping you achieve a feel good pregnancy leading to a positive birth. Find time to relax, focus on you and connect with others in your area on the same path


The course runs for 6 weeks, each class lasts  around 75 minutes


The course costs €90

What you need

  • Yoga mats are provided but feel free to bring your own if you have one

  • Cushions are provided however if you would like a little extra comfort for relaxation you may like to bring your own pillow

  • Classes are gentle however comfortable clothing is still recommended
